Peter Daou's Hillary-Approved 'Verrit' Outlet is Already an Internet Meme

The biggest Hillary Clinton fanboy on the internet—Peter Daou—created a website for other like-minded worshipers of Hillary Clinton called "Verrit." The website aims to supply Hillary supporters with Verrit-approved facts and statistics, but a lot of its content thus far has been quotes from corporate Democrats, attacks on progressives, and self-fellating posts about the good-heartedness of Hillary and her supporters. Verrit was destined to fade into obscurity with nobody knowing about its existence until Hillary Clinton tweeted out her support for the website—propelling it into the spotlight—where various journalists ripped it to shreds. Backlash against Verrit prompted Peter Daou to have a meltdown over Twitter where he inexplicably attacked progressive shows like Chapo Trap House and The Young Turks. Unfortunately for Daou, however, Verrit will probably fail and be remembered as nothing more than a shitty website that was turned into an internet almost immediately. Too bad.
