With a monthly grocery budget of $30, she takes expired food from dumpsters of local grocery stores in order to get by. If the United States had a 'Medicare for All' system, she wouldn't have to worry about paying for her husband's healthcare, and would be able to eat. This shouldn't happen in the richest country on the planet.
