And, of course, his plan is nothing more than 'trickle-down' economics, a debunked economic theory elites sell to us peasants so they're able to get even richer than they already are. Even though Trump hasn't had a single major legislative achievement thus far, tax reform is something he could actually pass given that some members of #TheResistance is really liking what he's selling. So here we are—again—having to tell everyone that his plan is not "populist" and that we already tried trickle-down economics, and it didn't work. Some things never change.
