Denny calls into Chewed Gum claiming the Bible is a science book, that fossils disprove evolution, that the Earth is about 10,000 years old, and that the heart's electromagnetic field is scientific proof of a soul. Hosts Alyssa and Taylor patiently (and then not so patiently) walk him through why fossils are actually evidence for evolution, why rejecting evolution but accepting gravity is cognitive dissonance, and why "doing your own research" on YouTube is not the same as doing research.
