Weyers Cave Urgent Care, Buena Vista Primary Care, and Churchville Primary Care all closed their doors. Augusta Medical Group explicitly cited Trump's law as the reason. Buena Vista—a town of 6,600 people—just lost its only primary care clinic. Residents now have to drive 5-10 miles just to see a doctor. Across Virginia, 350,000 people are expected to lose Medicaid coverage. Half of Virginia's community health centers have been cut off from federal grants. The Virginia GOP's response? Calling it a "win for rural communities." You voted for smaller government. You got it. Your clinic is gone.
