Proportional representation and voter reform has been a “long standing campaign” for better inclusion from various parts of the political spectrum. Whilst Keir Starmer has flirted with the idea of extending the right to vote to 16-17 year olds, and potentially EU citizens, the Labour party has made it clear that voter reform is not their priority.
