This 2023 Election is his second attempt at challenging incumbent Mayor, Bob McCoy, for Winchester's Chief Executive's seat!
(Thornburg is married to The Political Spotlight's Producer, Kate Thornburg. He is also, a longtime personal friend of all the Hosts.)
Thornburg (L) is an American first and foremost and he believes in Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness! Everything else, for the most part, is up to everyone else in their own lives! That said, Thornburg (L), has some great ideas about pulling Winchester out of its "slumber" & setting it on the path for growth & prosperity! Winchester is a great community, it's just in need of someone to step up... and LEAD FROM THE FRONT! Niles Thornburg (L) believes he is JUST that person!
Toward the end of the interview Producer Kate, along with her husband, Niles Thornburg (L), help deliver... SOME MAJOR * BREAKING NEWS * out of Winchester, Indiana reference a lawsuit being filed against City Councilor Leesa Friend-Teale.
