Just before the meeting... Humpty Dumpty... er, uh - Bilbrey had a great fall... naked and in the shower... and he cracked 3 ribs and is and had been in a LOT of pain!
So, in this episode Bilbrey talks about the Commissioners Meeting and a few key points for just a few moments but most of the show is spent detailing what a CRY BABY Bilbrey is!
