2:31Now PlayingThe Jay County, Indiana Republican Party had some kind of an event in the past few days (meaning the last week of February 2024) and at this event the Party was, at least, in some fashion allowing area Republican Candidates for Office in 2024 to introduce themselves and speak for a moment to the audience.
And that is where the Jay County Republican Chairwoman comes into the picture!
Now, the Jay County Republican Party Chairwoman is a unique creature called: Jenae Horn Blasdel. She is particularly wretched and detestable. Of all the local, County, Party Chairs around the area... Jenae, makes the least amount of sense being in the position she is. She has nothing to offer the Party in anyway, and honestly, her being chair, & the Jay County Party existing... or her not being chair and the Jay County Party, NOT EXISTING... is really one and the same!
Her only real goal as Chair is to be HEAD CHEERLEADER for District 33 State Representative, JD Prescott! She has shit on anyone and everyone that has even the smallest issue with JD and his role as State Representative! She has went out of her way to mistreat people that have been kind to her... ALL in the name of supporting JD PRESCOTT! She looks down on those that are simply engaging in their GOD GIVEN CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to be involved! And she seems to strongly dislike those that attempt to hold Prescott accountable... not to mention those that dare to file to run against him!
She has no real political prowess or political accoutrement... and she is where she is, simply to CHEER HIM ON! And help run interference on those that might dare challenge him!
So in this short two minute & 31 second video... we see the following:
A Jay County Republican event with some amount of audience and the Jay County area Republican Candidates were introducing themselves and speaking before the crowd. At some point, Greg LeMaster, a local attorney and current Republican challenger to Prescott in the upcoming 2024, Primary Election, gets up to speak.
He has a microphone and he walks to the podium, talking very quickly... he gives his name and says he is running for District 33 State Representative. He then starts to tell a story... all the while, Jenae is off to the side, with her arms folded & faking a few smiles, as he speaks.
He talks about the fact that SHE told him he only had a FEW seconds to speak (7 seconds that is)... which is LAUGHABLY INSANE!
HOWEVER, that is her MO, when JD Prescott isn't able to be at an event... she does what she can to try and help him. She has a history of this kind of thing! She has even went as far as telling an opponent of his one time, to "not even show up at an event they were holding!"
So when LeMaster took a bit longer than Jenae thought he should... AND, the crowed appeared to respond nicely to him... SHE FREAKED OUT!
She started trying to shut him down by talking over him, saying, "he was talking about things that no one cared about!" And when this did not stop him, she finally just TOOK THE MIC OUT OF HIS HANDS!
WATCH WHAT SHE DOES! IT IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!
