Douglas Firestone, Ex-Hamilton Township Fire Chief, & his wife, Kerri Firestone, have been arrested and charged with 4 LEVEL 6 FELONY CHARGES:
- Theft . . .
- Conspiracy to Commit Theft . . .
- Fraud & . . .
- Official Misconduct . . .
The Indiana State Police was the Investigating Agency... the Delaware County Prosecutor's Office filed the formal charges on Thursday, April 11th, 2024... and warrants were issued for the couple's arrests!
They were arrested at approximately 10a (Est) on Friday, April 12th, 2024... without incident! They have been booked into the Delaware County, Indiana jail under $20,000 CASH BOND for each one!
Hamilton Township is in Delaware County, Indiana...
