EPISODE 23 – What is Sexual Market Value?
Perhaps no other concept in the Red Pill is more controversial than the idea that a person holds some degree sexual market value. This concept has been debated, qualified and quantified for as long as men and women have been getting together to make babies and families. What makes one person a better intersexual choice than another?
To presume each person has a particular value with respect to their mating potential also presumes a larger Sexual Marketplace. Some humanist critics like to sweep this idea under the ideological carpet. They say assigning a value to someone is 'dehumanizing' and that a person's attractiveness as a mate should be determined by their character or 'personal value'. I argue that making comparisons among individuals mating worth is one of the most 'human' things we do in this life; making comparison in all things is a survival-level attribute.
Today Pat and I will discuss the basics of what constitutes Sexual Market Value and how this simple dynamic is responsible for so many larger intersexual dynamics.
