0:58Now PlayingHunt County, Texas, police have arrested popular cop watcher Otto the Watchdog after police accosted him while he was protesting. The sign in question included an expletive, which led to charges of disorderly conduct. However, firmly established case law (Cohen v. State of California, 1971) precludes arresting someone for holding a sign that includes profanity. Otto has been released on bail. We will update this story shortly.
