3:36Now PlayingIn a move that everyone could have predicted, and many of us did, major corporations that swore off donations to Republicans who voted against certifying the election have already resumed. These corporations feel that enough time has passed for Americans to have either forgotten about the insurrection and votes to overturn state election results, or that the public forgot about their pledges. Either way, the money is flowing again and Republicans couldn't be happier. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

Do you remember earlier this year, when a bunch of corporations came out and said, we're not going to give any more money at all, to any of the Republicans who voted not to certify the 2020 presidential election. And everybody cheered on these corporations said, yes, thank you for doing the right thing. And then some of us predicted that, yeah, just wait. Once they think nobody's paying attention, they're just going to resume the donations. Do you remember all that? Because it's happening. Boeing has become the latest corporation to once again, resume giving political donations to seditious Republicans who voted to not certify certain states results in the 2020 election. Those Republicans now getting Boeing money who also voted against certifying the electoral college would be representative Steve Scalise, representative Vicky Hartzler and representative Jack Bergman, tens of thousands of dollars a piece for these individuals from Boeing who swore up and down earlier this year, they were done giving money to these seditious Republicans.
Now, the sad thing is that Boeing is not the first company that has already back-tracked on this pledge. We have had other corporations do that. Now, I've talked about those in past videos here, and it's exactly as I predicted it would happen. These corporations believe one of either two things have happened. One, they believe that the public has already moved on from the insurrection that they don't care as much about it anymore. And with the recent Republican vote to not investigate it, you know, maybe they've got a point there or number two, they believe people have forgotten about their pledge or forgotten which Republicans voted not to certify the election. And figured, eh, you know what, we can get away with it, doesn't matter. But see Boeing, unlike some of the other corporations, is actually in a unique position because it's not like the average everyday consumer is going to go out there and be like, eh, sweetie, we need to go to the mall today. I need to get something from Boeing. No, we, we, we don't shop at Boeing. We don't buy Boeing things.
So Boeing isn't going to face any kind of public backlash from this whatsoever because they do not make consumer products. And maybe that's what drove them to this decision. You know, maybe they're sitting there thinking, you know, what, what the hell is the public gonna do? Be mad at us? Ooh, that's not going to stop these airlines from buying our planes. It's not going to stop the US military from buying our war gear. They need it. We got nothing to lose because we are in a position of power. And that's the most terrifying thought of all. They can continue to fund these seditious Republicans and know that they can get away with it. They can break their own promises and pledges because they know we can't hold them accountable. And as long as they keep funding these politicians, these politicians whether it's left or right, seditious or not seditious, they're going to continue rewarding them with massive multi-billion dollar government contracts. Boeing wins, we lose, and the country is a hell of a lot worse off for it.
