Kimberly Guilfoyle, the fiancee of Donald Trump, Jr., appeared at CPAC this week where she gave an absolutely unhinged speech about the evils of the Biden administration. But the real kicker was when she mocked people who are suffering with higher gas prices by saying that even her and Junior can't afford them. Yesterday was the official kickoff of CPAC 2022 in Orlando, Florida. And man, it didn't disappoint, right? Tons of people saying things they had no idea what they were talking about and nobody was more aloof and confused and of course, condescending, than Donald Trump Jr's fiancé Kimberly Guilfoyle. While trying to relate to, I guess the audience who is being crushed by inflation right now, Kimberly Guilfoyle attempted to make a joke about gas prices that clearly didn't resonate very well with the audience. Take a look at what she had to say.

Thanks to rigged elections, we have inflation at its highest in 40 years. The price of gasoline going through the roof. Store shelves remain empty thanks to bare shelves Biden. That guy. Can't we just quit him. I mean, haven't we suffered enough. Honestly. Jr's making me ride my bicycle around town because we can't afford the gas at this point. I mean, come on. But we can and we will make change in this country. In fact, we must because there are Americans, hard working Americans, that are struggling to provide for their families.

So I get what she's trying to do, right? Trying to say that, oh my God, gas prices are so outta control that even us rich folk can't drive our cars anymore. Even though according to the internet, which I don't know how reliable that is, Kimberly Guilfoyle has a net worth somewhere around $25 million. Donald Trump Jr., his net worth is estimated to be close to a billion dollars, if not more than that. So I'm sorry, but joking about the fact that even you can't afford gas prices, doesn't really make a whole heck of a lot of sense. Everybody in that crowd knows you're rich. They know you're about to marry a rich guy. They know you used to be married to another rich guy and they know you used to get a pretty hefty multimillion dollar salary each year from Fox news before you left. That's why the crowd didn't exactly respond the way that Kimberly Guilfoyle thought they would. I mean, you just saw the clip. There was no hootin' and hollerin', no raucous applause. They just kind of sat there like, okay, all right. I mean, these are real issues that are affecting us and you're, you're joking about it, which is why of course also she took on the more somber tone after making her little joke.

But the thing is, they're still trying to blame this administration for all of that inflation. And sure, there's a couple things that Biden could do, you know, through executive orders, through agencies within the government that might have an impact on inflation, but you can't talk about this problem without mentioning the massive price gouging taking place right now with corporate giants. Grocery store chains, Amazon, all these other retailers out there are artificially increasing their own prices and of course they're all witnessing record profits right now. We are getting hammered by inflation. High gas prices are affecting everybody that drives a gas powered vehicle. But president Biden didn't do that. This was actually years in the making and of course it started with Donald Trump's ridiculously pathetic response to the coronavirus pandemic. That is what initially lead to those supply chain shortages and the United States has struggled to keep up ever since. Hell, the rest of the world is struggling to keep up at this point. The failures go across the board, Trump, Biden, everybody.
