MyPillow CEO, Mike Lindell suffered yet another legal setback this week. And it wasn't just a setback. By the way, it was a humiliating legal defeat. When a judge said that she is not going to dismiss the smart, mad defamation lawsuit that has been filed against Mike Lindell had recently filed a motion through his lawyers, asking the judge to please just straight up dismiss smartmatic defamation lawsuit against me. Because as Lindell's lawyers argued, they haven't shown anything. They got no evidence that I defamed these people whatsoever. So the judge this week was forced to go ahead and file, uh, or, or issue her ruling on the motion to dismiss where she said, I'm not going to dismiss it because they have absolutely provided evidence. Not just that you defamed them, not just that you knowingly made false statements, but they have also provided evidence that you did.

So with actual malice now, for anybody who has ever followed any defamation lawsuit here in the United States, that phrase with actual malice should jump out at you more than anything, because that's what you have to prove in order to successfully prove a defamation or, or, or, you know, defaming took place. You have to prove that it was done with actual malice because yes, you can go out there all day long and say, this person made false statements about me. Okay. But did they do it intentionally with malice to make you look bad to further their own ends? Or did they just make a false statement? Cuz they didn't know any better. Those are two wildly different things in the eyes of the law here in the United States and saying something false. But you may not know it's false. Really can't get you in trouble. Everybody makes mistakes. But saying something that you know is false because you want to hurt somebody's reputation or because you want to further your own reputation that becomes defamation. And for the judge to include in this ruling that they have given enough evidence to show actual malice. At this point, Linde needs to be talking to these people about settlements. He's not gonna win. If the judge is already saying they have actual malice, they can prove it. You are done. You are done. You are not going to win this lawsuit out.

Their lives to rest forever. Not letting them get away with this anymore. Bleed them dry, punish them. That's what needs to happen because obviously a defamation is a civil issue. Nobody's gonna go to jail over this. So make their lives hell for a few months here. That's what has to happen. Do not accept any settlement terms. Of course you're suing for a billion. So I don't think any of these people, even adding them all up together have close to that, but let this thing go all the way. Not just of course, to punish these people, but also so that when the trial starts, we can see the flimsy little evidence that these morons like Michellin Dell and Sidney Powell have against you. Because I think everybody who believes these idiots would love to see that they've been being bamboozled this entire time. And none of that will happen. If these things don't make it all the way to trial.
