Trump's Lawyer Settles Lawsuit Against Her For Using Racist Language At Her Office

Donald Trump's lawyer Alina Habba has settled a lawsuit with a former employee who had alleged that Habba (and other lawyers at the firm) created a hostile workplace by using racist language in the office. Specifically, the claim says that Habba would blast hip-hop music with racially-charged language and would loudly sing along, including saying the N-word, to get herself "pumped" before court appearances. One of Donald Trump's favorite lawyers. Alina Haba has settled a lawsuit with her former legal secretary, a woman by the name of NAIA Drayton. After Drayton had filed a hostile workplace lawsuit against Haba, alleging that in addition to Haba singing along loudly with hip hop lyrics, including singing the N-word. She also referred to, uh, New York attorney general Latisha James, as quote that black, but Haba decided she doesn't wanna fight the lawsuit. And instead opted to settle. We do not know what the settlement is. We don't know even know if there's any cash involved in the settlement. I have to assume, obviously there would be, I don't think Ms. Drayton would go through the trouble of hiring lawyers and filing this lawsuit and then settle for nothing that, that makes no sense. So I'm assuming money is going to be exchanged here for the, uh, trauma that Ms.

Raton suffered. But there is a reason Alina Haba decided to settle this lawsuit and it's not because she's just so darn busy out there defending Trump. She's not doing anything for Trump. What Alina Haba is doing is putting together a highlight reel so she can audition for Fox news. If you think anything else is happening with that individual, you are kidding yourself. She is putting herself in front of a camera more frequently than I am, and I have to do this for a living. But the reason HOA wanted to settle is because had this thing gone to trial the information would've all come out and we've already heard, of course the allegations that yes, she would go into the conference room with her other lawyers. They would sing along to hip hop music, sing degrading lyrics about women, sing the N word out loud. So we already know that those accusations were out there.

So Haba can't stop that. What she could stop by settling. This is not allowing the audio recording of these things to come out because yes, folks, there are tapes, according to the reports, Drayton did in fact, record one of these hip hop, sing along sessions outside the door. And by settling it, I'm going to have to assume that there was some kind of non-disclosure agreement as a part of that, that is going to prevent the public from getting to hear Alina Haba singing the N-word Ms. Drayton is entitled to do whatever she wanted to with this case, right? It's perfectly fine that she made the decision to settle. But I will say it is a little bit disappointing that now the entire public is not going to get to hear Haas's behavior. Something that the world needs to know about, especially as I said, if Haba is in fact, really just auditioning for Fox news by representing Trump, I would think that network needs to be fully aware of who this person actually is because those few instances I mentioned, those were just a couple on the long list of things that Nasia Drayton had accused Alina Haba of doing. She also took shots that, uh, uh, were basically very anti-Semitic at Jewish people. She repeatedly made comments about black people. Uh, Ms. Drayton, uh, by the way, was the only black employee at Haas's small law firm too, by the way. So Haba clearly thought, ah, it doesn't matter. I can do this. There's only one person. She's my legal secretary. She loves me. She doesn't care, but whatever it is, it is now settled. It's over Haba. Doesn't have to worry about it. And unfortunately will likely never get to hear those audio recordings of just how bad miss Ho's behavior was.
