Trump Demands RNC Stop Hosting Debates As Nikki Haley Surges

Donald Trump is getting scared that one of his Republican rivals could end up overtaking him in the primary, and he's now demanding that the RNC either stop hosting debates for his rival or else he says the entire Party will be revamped. Trump wants a Republican Party that is nothing more than a Trump cheerleading squad, and he's angry that he's not getting that (even though he basically is.) So Donald Trump is not happy about the fact that the RNC is still allowing Republican primary debates to continue, and he has issued the party an official, if you will, ultimatum saying recently on social media, quote, RNC must save money on lowest ever ratings debates, use it against the Democrats to stop the steal, if not revamp the RNC now. So his ultimatum, if you will, is either you stop holding debates for all of these people running against me, or we'll just burn the RNC down and rebuild it into something that is more like a Donald Trump cheerleading section, because that is what Donald Trump wants the full national party to be. And let's be honest, the, the full RNC is not very far away from being just nothing but a Donald Trump cheerleading organization, but there are a couple of flaws, right? They're letting these other also rans have these debates.

I mean, what's up with that? Donald Trump is crushing these people by 40, 50 points in the polls. Why are we doing it? Or why are they doing that? I'm not a part of it by any stretch. Well, they're doing it because I think deep down, Donald Trump knows, and the RNC knows they don't want him. They really do not want him. And they're hosting these debates, of course, because they're hoping maybe somebody else can emerge to take that mantle of front runner away from Donald Trump. Otherwise, really, there is no point to do this. And Trump says they're losing money for the record. The media outlets are the ones who pay all of the costs for this. The RNC is losing $0 on any of these debates. And yes, there are low ratings, but that doesn't necessarily mean low advertising. It probably will for the forthcoming debate.

But the previous ones actually did draw in the debate, uh, the advertising dollars, excuse me. So they made money off of it, and they got more viewers than they ordinarily would, even if the debates are getting fewer and fewer viewers each time they air. But Trump's got a bigger issue. He doesn't want these debates to stop because he thinks the RNC is losing money. The RNC losing money means nothing to him. He doesn't want these debates to stop because, oh, no, I don't like these people. Everybody should be focused on me. We should be fighting the Democrats. That's not it either. Trump wants the debates to stop because Nikki Haley is surging in the polls. Now, again, she's still 40 points behind him, but every time a Republican debate happens, Nikki Haley's polls go up. She is emerging as a potential threat to Donald Trump, not necessarily in, in the sense of she'll beat him in the primaries and caucuses. No. What she is emerging as is a clear alternative that

Actually has some staying power within the Republican party, which means if Trump gets convicted before the Republican National Convention at the end of next summer, so if he's convicted and you know, sent the jail, obviously the electors are not gonna wanna vote for that guy. But if Nikki Haley shows that she can come in a strong second place, then the electors at the convention will be able to say, you know what? We, we got a good candidate right here. I mean, she did pretty well. Let's go with her. That's what Trump is afraid of. She's afraid that she is showing that she might actually be electable, and that scares Trump to death. So that's why he's telling the RNC, either stop it now, or I'm gonna dismantle you if I ever get power again.
