Mike Huckabee Warns Republicans That Impeaching Biden Could Be 'Political Disaster'

Republicans might be getting cold feet about impeaching President Biden. According to a warning from former Republican governor of Arkansas Mike Huckabee, going forward with the impeachment could actually backfire and end up being a "political disaster" for the Republican Party. He's not wrong, either. History has shown that impeachments based on either murky or confusing standards actually BENEFITS the president being impeached, and that is certainly what we're looking at with Biden. It seems like there may be some Republicans out there. Granted, they're not a part of Congress, but there are some Republicans that are suddenly starting to rethink this whole Let's impeach President Biden thing. One of those people happens to be former Republican governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee, who said in an interview this week, because for some reason he's worthy of being interviewed by any outlet, but he said that going forth with an impeachment of President Biden would be a political disaster for the Republican party. Now, I'm gonna read you what he said. He said, there's no point, and it all becomes a political disaster, but not for the reason. You may think, right? Mike Huckabee does not think it's going to be a political disaster for the Republicans because they have no reason to impeach him. Mike Huckabee says it becomes a political disaster because Democrats control the Senate.

And even if they didn't, you still don't have enough to go get a conviction. So no matter what you impeach him in the house, you are not going to remove him from office in the Senate. So it all becomes, what's the point? So Huckabee says, quote, until that happens, the best thing Republicans can do is keep dribbling out the information of Joe's ties to the Communist Chinese party and business deals. But a but focus on a message that gets us elected and reminding people how much better off they were when Donald Trump was president than they have been since Joe Biden has taken the reins. I hadn't read that last part, so it took me as a surprise, uh, how much better off you were when Donald Trump was president. Yes. Remember when you couldn't buy toilet paper because it didn't exist anymore in this country?

Don't you miss those days of not being able to clean yourself? Don't you miss those days of, you know, not finding hand sanitizer? Don't you miss those days of unrepentant trade wars and tough talk about building a wall and all the scams and fraud that came along with that. Like, don't you miss that folks? You'd have to be an idiot to miss any of that, and that's probably why Mike Huckabee apparently does miss all of that. Uh, here's the thing. Mike Huckabee was, was almost correct with his whole, this would be a political disaster because we can't remove him from office. If you just shut up after you said it'd be a political disaster, you'd have been right. But then you went on and you're like, we gotta talk about his ties to the Chinese Communist Party. What are they? Go ahead. I'm waiting. Mike Huckabee, if you would like to personally reach out to me and tell me about President Biden's Chi ties to the actual Communist party of China. I'm all ears, man.

I'll take your call at 2:00 AM if I have to. But I would love for you personally, Mike Huckabee, to call me Faron Cousins, and you tell me what those ties are and you better bring some evidence to back it up. I mean, you made the claim, you said it, so how about you prove it? Or maybe just shut the up. Now. Anyway, back to the bigger point, here he is, right? That it would be a political disaster, but not because Republicans cannot impeach him in the Senate and remove him. It's because you got nothing to impeach him on.
