YouTube Description
as posted by the channelTrump lawyer and spokesperson Alina Habba appeared on Fox News on Friday evening to demand that the DOJ drop the charges against Donald Trump in the documents case based on the findings of the Biden document investigation. Apparently Habba didn't actually read the final report from special prosecutor Robert Hur. If she had, she would have seen the section that explicitly spelled out why Trump is being charged and Biden is not. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what happened.

Donald Trump's attorney, Alina Haba continues to humiliate herself, not just in the courtroom, but also in conservative media. On Friday evening, Alina Haba appeared on Sean Hannity's program on Fox News to demand, not just request, but to demand that the charges against Donald Trump for stealing classified documents be dropped. Due to the fact that the DOJ has decided not to charge President Biden with taking classified documents, she is of course, talking about the report from special prosecutor Robert Hur, who was a Trump appointed US attorney. So he's a Trump guy. He made it clear that he's a Trump guy in that final report, but Alina Haa says that this report shows us that the charges against Trump should be dropped. Here's what she said first, Sean Hannity asked her, and now with reaction is Trump legal spokesperson, Alina Haa, legally speaking The question I was asking now, now that this is their standard, that you can willfully retain and handle classified documents and not be punished for it, does that open up a legal window for you and your legal team to go in and say, you know, we need equal application of our laws here.
So that's Sha uh, Sean Hannity's question to her, and she says, absolutely. I think the one thing that we learned today from special counsel, he her, is that there is, in fact, and, and not that we didn't know it, Sean, two systems of justice, one, if you're a Republican, one, if you're a Democrat, we've seen it time and time again, you've spoken of it the way that this can be used and what has become obvious that they haven't really thought about is they try and look impartial. They try and say, okay, we're going to raid Mar-a-Lago. Oh, maybe that was a little too much. Let's peel it back. So when you're looking at this dual system of justice, they're going to have to face the music when we're in court. They're going to have to answer questions. And you know what? We shouldn't even be going to court.
Honestly, I agree with my client a hundred percent. Now, before I continue into the stupid things she's saying, please keep in mind that she has not made a point yet. Okay? We're four paragraphs in, and she hasn't made a point. She hasn't made a single valid legal argument, and she was asked, legally speaking. That's how Sean started the question, like legally speaking, and she's just ranting like somebody who never went to law school and then she continued. Here's where things get even dumber. They need to drop the charges and let Americans believe that we're not going to be treated differently depending on our politics. I don't think they're capable of it. I think they have severe Trump derangement syndrome, but, you know, it's very obvious what's happening here. But I, I do, I do wanna thank special counsel Hur for making it very clear to the American public that this man can't even remember when his son was passed. And more importantly, Sean, did you see what he said today in the press conference? He doubled down on it and said, I didn't think I needed to answer that question. So here she is. At the end of it, she's like, let me just turn it around. Like, let's talk about something I'm qualified to talk about, which is how much I hate Biden. Don't ask him
