Donald Trump's attorney, Alina Haba continues to humiliate herself, not just in the courtroom, but also in conservative media. On Friday evening, Alina Haba appeared on Sean Hannity's program on Fox News to demand, not just request, but to demand that the charges against Donald Trump for stealing classified documents be dropped. Due to the fact that the DOJ has decided not to charge President Biden with taking classified documents, she is of course, talking about the report from special prosecutor Robert Hur, who was a Trump appointed US attorney. So he's a Trump guy. He made it clear that he's a Trump guy in that final report, but Alina Haa says that this report shows us that the charges against Trump should be dropped. We shouldn't even be going to court.

Honestly, I agree with my client a hundred percent. Now, before I continue into the stupid things she's saying, please keep in mind that she has not made a point yet. Okay? We're four paragraphs in, and she hasn't made a point. She hasn't made a single valid legal argument, and she was asked, legally speaking. That's how Sean started the question, like legally speaking, and she's just ranting like somebody who never went to law school and then she continued. Here's where things get even dumber. They need to drop the charges and let Americans believe that we're not going to be treated differently depending on our politics. I don't think they're capable of it. I think they have severe Trump derangement syndrome, but, you know, it's very obvious what's happening here. But I, I do, I do wanna thank special counsel Hur for making it very clear to the American public that this man can't even remember when his son was passed. And more importantly, Sean, did you see what he said today in the press conference? He doubled down on it and said, I didn't think I needed to answer that question. So here she is.
