Most Americans Want Trump Trials To Wrap Up BEFORE The Election

According to a new CNN poll, most American voters (48%) want Donald Trump to go on trial AND have jury verdicts BEFORE the 2024 election. The voters say that the verdicts are going to be vital to them when it comes time to make a choice on who to vote for in November. And the polls also reflect this - A Trump conviction would result in President Biden sweeping the vast majority of swing states and cruising to an easy electoral victory. According to a new poll from CNN released this week, 48% of Americans believe that we not only need to have Trump trials before the election, but we need verdicts in all of these Trump criminal trials before the election. 48% that said that it is very important that we had that another 16% said it is somewhat important that we have resolution to these criminal trials before they go to vote in November. Because these folks, these majority of Americans are saying, listen, I need to know if he did it or not before I cast my vote. Because apparently, yeah, their vote is going to depend on whether or not Donald Trump is a convicted felon. And let's be honest, that's rational. Okay, that's fair. like, do I wanna vote for Joe Biden or do I wanna vote for the convicted felon? I'm gonna go for not the felon.

These voters are basically telling us, but I need to know. 'cause if he's not a felon, if he didn't do it, if the jury says, Nope, the evidence isn't there, then I'll probably vote for him. Another poll released by NBC news this week backs that up because that poll found that in the swing states, right? Trump's beaten Biden by five points echoing a poll that they had released about a month or two ago. But the same poll shows that if Trump has a criminal conviction, whether it's in New York, down here in Florida, DC whatever, if he has a criminal conviction, Biden then beats Trump by seven points in those swing states, which makes his electoral college victory a certainty, not a near certainty, not a likelihood. If Trump gets convicted, the polls show us right now, Biden is going to win in a frigging landslide and the voters wanna know, and you can't blame 'em for that either.

Now the problems we have obviously are that Judge Cannon has done everything in her power to delay the documents case and that one really should be the easiest one. That should be the biggest slam dunk. Like did he take the document? We know he took the documents, they, they found the documents like in his bedroom. So did he or didn't he? Yes he did. He literally has admitted to us. I took the documents 'cause I'm allowed to ag as I've always said, like you don't have to go to the federal court for that. You could go to the People's Court, you know, 10 minutes in and out, you're gonna get a verdict and Trump's gonna be guilty. You don't need a federal case out of this. He had the documents, he's admitted he had the documents, lock him up. Now we did of course, get good news this week with the, uh, uh, DC Court of Appeals saying Trump is not immune. So that means that the case in front of Judge Chut is likely gonna be put back on the schedule even as we await the appeal to the Supreme Court. So that's

A good thing. The trial in New York where he is facing 34 counts, uh, was delayed last Friday because they think they may have an issue of perjury that they gotta deal with now. So that one's gonna happen this year. I, I'm confident of it, but I also don't know that that one's gonna have as big as an a big, as big of an impact, excuse me, as either the document case or the January 6th case. So yeah, we've got some things happening. The Georgia case, you know, all all of that drama, uh, who knows what's gonna happen with that, who knows if it's even gonna happen at this point. So that one's a big, big question mark.
