Donald Trump Thinks Americans Are The Dumbest People On Earth

During the hearing featuring special prosecutor Robert Hur this week, several Democrats played clips of Donald Trump showing lapses in memory or simply mispronouncing words in an attempt to show that Trump is more cognitively impaired than President Biden. Trump was furious that these clips were played during the hearing, and he got on Truth Social to claim that these clips were actually created using artificial intelligence. Even for Trump, this is a whopper of a lie, but it shows us a lot about what he thinks of American voters. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

This week, of course, we got to see special prosecutor Robert Hur go and talk to Congress about why he included all of those political attacks against Joe Biden in his report where he said, I'm not going to prosecute him. And since of course, the only reason Republicans even called him in to testify in the first place was because he did include those political attacks saying that Biden, you know, is a good man, but he is, you know, slipping with his memory. Even though, as the transcript pointed out at one point, he said Biden had basically a photogenic memory. Um, so, you know, a little, little contrast there that her got called out for. But it was the Democrats who had their opportunity to question her, who again attacked Biden's mental capacity. The Democrats really stole the show, and it was representatives Mary Scanlon, Eric Swalwell and Jerry Nadler, who each separately showcased super cuts of Donald Trump slurring, stuttering, stammering, forgetting time periods, forgetting who's the president. Basically, each of them put together their own video of Donald Trump showing his cognitive decline. And this didn't sit well with Donald Trump, obviously. So Donald Trump got on truth social and said this, the, her report was revealed today a disaster for Biden, a two-tiered standard of justice. Artificial intelligence was used by them against me, and their videos of me can't do that, Joe.

So these very real incidents of Donald Trump slurring, forgetting the names of places, the names of people, forgetting who's the current president of the United States. Trump is now claiming that those very real things that happened, Democrats just use artificial intelligence to do it. Like, that's not me. They, they just created this video using AI and I wanted to sit here and just blast Donald Trump because we've seen, I mean, some of these things we've actually seen happen live. But then I started thinking, there's no need to do that. 'cause if you are watching this, even if you're a MAGA person watching this, you know that Trump did these things. But what dawned on me as I was sitting here reading through this story the first time, is that Donald Trump clearly thinks that Americans are the dumbest people on the planet. More specifically, and this is what's insulting to the MAGA folks. He thinks you are all idiots. That man has no respect for you at all. He is lying to your face about something that we all verifiably saw happen in real time. And he's telling you, don't believe what you see with your eyes. Don't believe what you hear with your ears. It's all fake

Trust in me, idiots. That's what he wants to say to you. He thinks you are stupid. There is no doubt about it. He wouldn't be saying these things. He wouldn't be claiming that all of his gaffes are either AI or intentional. 'cause let's not forget that he said sometimes they do it intentionally. He says those things because he thinks you're stupid.
