It has now been a week since Donald Trump was hit with an expanded gag order that prevents him from talking about the family of Judge Juan Merchan, and since that expansion Trump has posted three separate attacks on the judge's family. Two of the attacks were on the judge's daughter and one was about his wife, though Trump was only sharing attacks that other people had written or said on TV. But it doesn't matter if Trump says them, all that matters for the gag order is that he shares them, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.

It has now been a week since Judge Juan Han, uh, put the expanded gag order onto Donald Trump. And in that time, this one week since that gag order was expanded, uh, Trump has seemed to violate it at least three times. An argument could be made that it was four times, but for now, let's stick with three. It started in the middle of last week, actually just a few hours after the gag order was put on him. When Donald Trump shared a post on truth Social of Fox News host Brian Kilmeade attacking the judge's daughter. Then two days after that, Donald Trump posted an article from Laura Loomer that actually attacked the judge's wife. And then two days after that, Donald Trump posted two articles on truth social in two separate posts. That's why you could argue that it's four instead of three. But both of those articles attacked the judge's daughter and said that the judge should recuse himself because his daughter works for a agency that creates digital ad campaigns for left-leaning causes and candidates.

Something that, of course, has no bearing whatsoever on any of the facts of the case, has no bearing on whether or not the judge will, uh, you know, side against Trump just because of his daughter's political affiliations. Not to mention the fact that his daughter does not have a financial interest in whether Donald Trump wins or loses this, that will not affect her business. So there is no reason for Donald Trump to be doing this. And I say that because the expanded gag order says that Donald Trump cannot talk about the judge's family or Alvin Bragg's family or any of the family members of anybody in the court unless it directly relates to the case. And they're trying to make it seem like these attacks relate to the case, but they don't. And I think it's beyond time for Alvin Bragg to go and file a motion with the judge saying, judge, listen, one week ago you put this expanded gag order in place.

We now have four instances, three separate times of him attacking your family, pretending that it of course involves the case when it clearly does not. So call him in. Let's have a quick hearing about this. If they can't explain why this relates to the case in a way that satisfies you, hold him in contempt and put him in jail, that's what needs to happen. At this point. There is no excuse for what Trump is doing. He is flagrantly flouting that gag order and nothing has happened to him. And because nothing happened to him, he did spend the entire weekend when he was supposed to be, you know, fundraising. Uh, he spent the weekend putting out multiple posts on truth social attacking both Judge Juan Han and Judge Arthur Geron, three separate posts. Here's what those said. Crooked Judge Juan
