YouTube Description
as posted by the channelDonald Trump is hounding his staffers to get busy raising money as his campaign runs out of cash. A new report says that Trump spent his day Saturday on the phone, begging donors to give whatever they can to help his struggling campaign. The evening was topped off with a fundraiser in Palm Beach, but Trump's desperation is something that is a massive turn off for donors. And considering the fact that President Biden pulled in $90 million in March, Trump is still going to be playing catch up, regardless of how well Saturday went for him. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what's happening.

It was revealed over this past weekend that President Biden and the Democrats raised a staggering $90 million in the month of March. And that 90 million of, of course includes the 25 million that they raised in a single night when you had Presidents Biden, Obama and Clinton at one big fundraising event together. $25 million in one night. And this information came out on Saturday morning. And then following the publication of this information that the Democrats raise 90 million and now have 192 million cash on hand. Donald Trump spent the remainder of his day when he wasn't ranting like a lunatic on truth social dialing for dollars. Donald Trump on Saturday was frantically calling up donors ahead of a fundraiser he was having in Palm Beach that evening begging them to give him money. The Democrats are crushing me. And then after he made his phone calls, he reportedly hounded his staffers to make more phone calls, find out how much each person had given and if they hadn't given the maximum, pushed them to give the maximum. By God we're getting killed. I'm running outta money. My political action committee spent more last month than it took in. I'm screwed. Here's the report. According to the uh, uh, Washington Post, Trump is closely tracking who is attending the fundraiser Saturday, who has given the maximum and how much has been raised. According to a person who spoke to him recently, his advisors regularly brief him on the attendees. He is focused on this fundraiser. One person familiar with his thinking said he has a lot of friends in Palm Beach and he's saying, are they giving?
Well, according to the Trump campaign, they did give because on Sunday morning the Trump campaign came out and said, we raised $50 million last night. 50 million. That's a very convenient number, isn't it? Right? I mean, we'll know next month when they have to, you know, reveal their financial data whether or not the 50 million is real. But doesn't that number sound a little bit too convenient for you? Right? I mean, president Biden does this event with Presidents Obama and Clinton, they raise 25. Donald Trump does a fundraiser in Palm Beach that wasn't even publicized and he gets double that amount. Exactly. Double that amount, huh? That seems a little too convenient for me, right? Well they raised 25 million, but I raised 50 million for every dollar they brought in. I brought in double that, not buying it, not buying it for a second. I wanna see the finances. I wanna see, and again, we will see about a month from now, we'll get the April numbers. And if we look at Donald Trump's numbers for April and he raised anything less than
$50 million, we'll know that they were lying about what they brought in at this fundraiser in Palm Beach. But it would be even funnier if his finances for April show that he raised $51 million. 'cause then we could say, okay, maybe he raised the 50 million that night, but then the rest of the month he raised $1 million. Hmm, either way, even if he raised the 50, that still is roughly half of what Biden raised in April and it was a one-time event. And yeah, it's likely that Donald Trump probably did raise 50 million, likely is a strong word there. I don't know that I should use that, but either way Trump's having financial problems.
