Trump Shares Creepy Video Of Melania Being 'Affectionate' After Her Weird Appearance At Fundraiser

Melania Trump was roasted online after standing awkwardly beside Donald Trump as he addressed supporters during a fundraiser this past weekend, so Trump responded on Sunday by posting a video to Truth Social that showed a super cut of clips of Melania either being mildly affectionate or at least standing near him. Trump is trying to portray his marriage as a happy one, but the public can clearly see that Melania wants nothing to do with him. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

So outside of, uh, you know, saying that Democrats kill babies this week and, you know, telling rich people that he's gonna cut their taxes, uh, Donald Trump actually did something weird. And that weird thing was following his fundraiser on Saturday. Let me take you back to when the fundraiser started. In case you're not familiar with what happened. Donald Trump came out, Melania standing off to his side, making zero emotion on her face, and she stood there solemnly not moving, while Donald Trump gave his little opening address. And this video made the rounds online, and a lot of people actually said, this looked like a hostage video. Melania looked like she would rather be anywhere else on the planet than standing next to her husband. And after Donald Trump was widely mocked all across the internet for that, he posted a video the next day that showed. It showed a bunch of clips of Melania like giving him a little peck, either on the cheek or on the lips.

And then most of the clips were actually just Melania being near him. And it was set to the tune of Starships. Nothing's gonna stop us now, you know, because Donald Trump so loves his wife, that he has to put out a video reassuring us that she actually tolerates him from time to time. Now, the reason Donald Trump has done this is because for the last, you know, eight months, everybody's been asking, where's Melania? And we do know for a portion of that her mother was very sick and she has since passed away. So Melania was dealing with the death of her mother, uh, Trump himself, of course, made one post on social media about it, and then just moved on with his life as if nothing happened. So that explains Melania's absence for a period of time, but not the whole time. And so she does pop up every now and then acting like she supports her husband, when in reality it's clear that again, she wants to be anywhere else.

Like she can't stand to be near him. So Trump has, of course, even beyond this weekend, been widely mocked and ridiculed for being trapped in a loveless marriage. And so he puts out this video that is supposed to show us how much she likes him, but if you actually watch the video, like she's still can't stand him, those were the best clips he could pick. And they still show a woman who acts like she is disgusted anytime you touch her. And for some reason in the video, he also included the clip of her getting onto the helicopter, wearing the, I really don't care, do you jacket. So I'm not sure what he was trying to do with that, but it certainly didn't do Melania any favors. I think it's safe to say at this point that as this

Campaign moves forward, Melania is not going to be front and center. I mean, she acts like she definitely does not want to go back to the White House. She probably doesn't even want to be in this marriage anymore. But she feels kind of stuck. And honestly, kind of like the rest of us, especially, you know, our Ring of Fire listeners and viewers, uh, y'all probably share the same thoughts as Melania, which is, I hope this guy goes to jail so I never have to deal with him again.
