YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe fallout from South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem's dog-killing story is still going on, and apparently there aren't many people in Donald Trump's orbit who are upset about it. In fact, a new report suggests that Trump's allies are actually happy that Noem has destroyed her chances of becoming the vice presidential nominee now that she is universally hated by both the Left and the Right. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains why these Trump insiders are happy about Noem's downfall.

South Dakota Governor Christie Nome is still experiencing the fallout from her heartwarming story of the time she murdered the family dog. And according to a new report from Rolling Stone this week, a lot of people inside Trump's orbit, a lot of his allies are actually happy that she published this story, not because they're dog haters themselves, even though, you know, it's pretty obvious Donald Trump does not like dogs. But they're happy that she told this story because they're happy that it has now basically destroyed her political career because they didn't want her to be his vice presidential nominee. And to me, that's actually kind of shocking because prior to the dog murder, Christy Nome was actually looking like one of the best possible picks for Donald Trump. She loves Trump. She would absolutely be a spineless yes person if she was in his administration. She's not up for reelection this year, so nothing to lose on that front.
And she's a woman. Trump wants a woman, he thinks she's attractive, like fits every possible box for Donald Trump. And then of course, she killed the dog, which made Republicans along with pretty much everybody on the left who already hated her, hate her. I mean, that's like the one rule. Like you, you don't hurt animals. Democrats and Republicans, like we're at least still united on that. Like, don't engage in animal cruelty because you're a horrible piece of crap person. Again, we don't agree on much between the left and right, but we can all agree on that. And that is like one of the few things that still binds us together. And Christy known violated that, and now she's kind of universally hated. But back to the point of Trump's people not wanting her to be the VP pick. Now, the Rolling Stone article suggests that, uh, the people inside Trump's orbit, you know, they have ties to other people and so they're pushing their friends to be as vice presidential nominee, which, okay, that I guess is understandable, right?
Like if you want your person to be the nominee instead of this person over here because you're tied to this person and you can get favors, that totally makes sense. But again, I I, I still don't get why they wouldn't want known, right? Something about that seems a little off almost as if there's more skeletons in that closet that we may not know about. Perhaps it's the scandal where she fired the woman who refused to give her daughter her real estate appraiser's license. You know, that big scandal that, uh, by the way, still don't have resolution to, I think it's a pretty big one, abusing your power to get your daughter a real estate appraiser's license. But either way, Trump world is happy. I think everybody
At this point is happy that Christi Nome has basically torpedoed her own career. Um, everybody but cricket, the dog of course, is happy about this and it is what it is. It's a weird thing. Never seen anybody dish out opposition research on themselves, but Christi Nome did it, and she did a pretty good job of it because her career is pretty much over at this point.
