Following the judge's decision on Monday to NOT throw Donald Trump in jail for his tenth violation of the gag order against him, the former President appeared to mock the judge's hollow threat about possibly putting him behind bars next time. Trump told Fox News this he will "gladly take that sacrifice" of going to jail in order to protest the "unconstitutional gag order" against him, which appears to be both mocking the judge as well as telling him that he'll do it again without hesitation. So on Mondays, everybody knows Judge Juan Rashan told Donald Trump that I am not going to throw you in jail this time for violating the gag order four more times, even though I told you last time, if you did it again, I'm gonna throw you in jail. But then you did it again and I didn't throw you in jail. So if you do it again, I'm probably gonna consider throwing you in jail. And Donald Trump left the courtroom on Monday evening feeling like a new man, feeling invincible as he honestly probably should have felt because he should have been headed to local lockup. But instead, he walked a free man out of that courtroom and went up to reporters and began to mock the fact that this judge didn't actually hold him accountable. Here is what Trump said. The judge is so happy about two to three more weeks because all they wanna do is keep me off the campaign trail.

That is all this is about and have. The other thing that that maybe is even more disgraceful is the gag order where I can't, basically, I have to watch every word I tell you people, you ask me a question, a simple question I'd like to give it, but I can't talk about it because this judge is giving me a gag order and says, you'll go to jail if you violate it. And frankly, you know what? Our constitution is much more important than jail. It's not even close. I'll do that sacrifice any day. Trump said, oh, this guy says he'll throw me in jail. But you know what? Do it. Come on man. Throw me in jail. Oh, you're not gonna do it, are you? He's mocking the judge's weakness.

Now, I told you this week that this judge screwed the pooch on this. You had everything set up. You had everything lined up. You had the warnings in place with the prior violations of the gag order. No excuse for you to not throw the book at this guy, but you decided not to. So what did you do? By not punishing this man, you empowered him. You once again proved to the American public, left and right alike that he is in fact, Teflon Don, that he is above the law. I wouldn't have gotten a third chance. Nobody else watching this would've gotten a third chance. We'd be in jail right now, and Donald Trump knows that. And as much as he loves to scream and cry about these trials being rigged against him, blah, blah, blah, he knows he is getting more special treatment than anyone has ever gotten in a courtroom in this country. So now, pardon me. So now he is so confident, so empowered that he feels like he can go out there and mock the judge. This is what you've done and this is going to continue. So when that next gag order violation

Comes in, when not if, if you do not do what you have now promised to do on two separate occasions, then maybe it's time for you to recre recuse yourself after all. Because if you are not going to uphold the law, then how can we trust you to oversee this case? Your defendant is now mocking you for being this weak. So you can fix it, but you're the only one with the power to do that.
