3:43Now PlayingThe jury in Donald Trump's hush money were given their instructions on Wednesday and then proceeded to begin deliberations. Trump was not happy about what's going on, and decided to launch into a furious, incoherent, all-caps rant on Truth Social. The former President is absolutely freaking out about the fact that he will likely be found guilty of something in this trial, and his mental state is clearly diminishing as the stress gets to him. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what's happening.

So yesterday morning the jury was given their instructions in the Donald Trump hush money case, and they went off to do their deliberations. Maybe we get a verdict today. Maybe you've already gotten one this morning before this video went up, and maybe it'll be three weeks down the road. We don't know. But one thing we do know is that Donald Trump is more off than ever about everything that has happened in the last five weeks. Donald Trump on Wednesday went absolutely ballistic on social media putting out post after post, after post, after post, after post, like screenshots on social media showing all the one sentence, all caps posts that he was making. Just totally deranged on his way into the courtroom on Wednesday. But it was this one that actually garnered the most attention when Trump said, quote, kangaroo court, a corrupt and conflicted judge, reliance on counsel, advice of counsel, not allowed by Merchan, a first, his rulings on a case that should, according to all legal scholars and experts, never have been brought, have made this a Biden pushed witch hunt. There was no crime except for the bum that got caught stealing from me. In God we trust.
You know, one of my favorite things about Trump's posts is how he ends them, right? Like, you could just stop talking when you make your last point, but it's either usually like MAGA, MAGA 2024, Make America Great Again, and this one, in God we trust. Like, what, what is even that? Like, why did you even add that to the end of that lie filled rant? Judge Merchan did not bar you from using an advice of counsel defense. You just didn't do it because you do have to let the other side know if that is the defense you're gonna go with so that during the discovery process, anything that would be considered attorney-client privilege, that privilege gets waived because you're gonna blame the lawyers. So the prosecutors would have to have access to all that info. You didn't want 'em to have it, so you didn't go with that defense. That's not Merchan, that's you and your legal team that made that decision. But the point is, whether it was this post or any of the other dozen posts that Trump put out that day, all by the way, in all caps, this dude is frightened.
He is scared to death about what this jury is going to come back with. And as usual, I also have to debunk this, like, all legal scholars and experts say the case should never been brought. That's not even close to being reality. Like, I'm reading legal scholars and experts and former prosecutors every single day that say that this should be open and shut and you should be convicted on all charges. So maybe you ought to look at some of those people, man, because most of these people do not think you are innocent. They do not think you should get away with it, and they basically want the judge to throw the book at you when it comes to punishment. So as these jury deliberations continue, again, whether it's till the end of the week or possibly all through next month, Trump is going to become more and more unhinged. We're gonna be dealing with even more frantic panic posts like this. And honestly, it's gonna be kind of fun to watch.
