4:09Now PlayingDonald Trump cannot win a federal election if he doesn't have enough support from women voters, and a new report shows that he is losing even more support from that vital voting block. Trump's share of women voters is even dropping in the red state of Florida, which is a really bad sign for him in other swing states, too. Trump is making inroads with white working class voters, but if women revolt against him then those gains will mean nothing, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.

Donald Trump has a huge problem with a very specific voting block that is going to be crucial for either candidate to win in this year's presidential election. And that voting block is women, not just low income women, not just women of the 1%, but overall women voters here in the United States hold the key to victory in the 2024 presidential election. And according to the latest data, Donald Trump is actually hemorrhaging support from that specific demographic. And one of the weirdest things is one of the worst places that's happening to him is down here in the state of Florida. Now, Florida is a red state. Don't let anybody try to tell you that Florida is still a swing state because it is not. Trust me, most of these people claiming it's a swing state, haven't been here in a long time. We're talking about a state that has not voted for a Democrat for governor since the mid nineties, folks.
Okay? We have a Republican governor, Republican controlled legislature, Republicans, uh, you know, hold both of our Senate seats. It's a red state, but maybe it could shift again because Donald Trump has lost 4% of the support he had from women voters from the 2020 election to today. So his support among women here in the Sunshine State continues to plummet. And it's not just happening here, of course, it is happening in other swing states, particularly in the Midwest. 'cause if Trump can't win him over in a red state, he sure can't win him over in a real swing state. So that is a massive problem for Donald Trump. Now, at the same time, Donald Trump, according to reports that came out on Sunday, is actually managing to increase his support among the white working class. But let's be real, when these pollsters say white working class, what they typ typically mean is white middle-aged males.
Okay? So Donald Trump's increasing his support with white middle aged males, but that's not good enough. If he cannot win over women, if he loses even more support from this group, it's over for him, which of course, he understands the entire Republican party does. That's why they did not talk about abortion at their convention last week, even though they want to acting nationwide. Abortion ban, just like Donald Trump's vp uh uh, JD Vance had said in the past. But Vance stayed away from that topic. So they thought not addressing the issue could attract more women voters. But it's not. They thought picking another pasty white guy to be Donald Trump's running mate might help them with women voters. I don't know why they thought that, but of course it didn't help.
Donald Trump is not doing anything to court this particular group of voters. So if he loses women, he loses the election. And I have said in many segments over the last few months, women are the key to saving this country. When you look at the fact that Kamala Harris is polling better against Trump than President Biden as hell, even Hillary Clinton is, Michelle Obama is, women are going to have to save this country. And I'm sorry it shouldn't be on you, but apparently it is. Men have screwed this country up so badly that women are our only hope at this point. So hopefully come November, they can save us from ourselves, because if not, well, project 2025 is about to become a very disturbing reality.
