So Donald Trump's administration has decided that the judge's order from Saturday where the judge said, you cannot deport anyone using the Alien Enemies Act until I have the time to rule on whether or not you can even legally invoke it. The Trump administration has said to the judge, we don't care about your order. We don't care about the halting of our deportations. By God, we're gonna do it anyway. And multiple members of the Trump administration have actually come out and mocked the fact that they are openly defying the judge's ruling. And on Monday morning, Donald Trump's borders are, Tom Homan actually went on Fox and Friends and declared that, I don't care if it's illegal, we're gonna do it anyway, here he is.

I wake up every morning loving my job because I work for the greatest president in the history of my life, and we're gonna make this country safe again. I'm proud to be a part of this administration. We're not stopping. I don't care what the judges think. I don't care what the left thinks we're coming.

Okay, the reason allegedly, Donald, at least publicly, the reason he invoked the Alien Enemies Act is 'cause he said, we got a lot of these people in here. They're gang members, they're breaking the law. Okay? That's the whole point, right? Everybody he's supposed to be getting outta the country is because they broke the law. You know, we're only taking out the criminals. And the irony here is that one, obviously that's not the only people they're taking. They have taken pregnant women, they have taken children, they have taken doctors for God's sakes, but they're the ones breaking the law. If a judge says, legally you can't do this and you do it anyway, you are one, breaking the law. So the people, the convicted felon, by the way, Trump is telling you that we gotta get rid of the criminals and then they break the law to do it.
You are the criminals. Y'all are the ones that are violating the law and disrespecting the United States Constitution. Why? Why? Why did they not see the irony of that? And how did uh, uh, Lawrence there on Fox News not point that out? Like, Hey, if you say that people who break the law are bad, why are you breaking the law? I mean, it's a simple question. It's an honest question, and it's a question that the American public absolutely deserves an answer to, but we'll never ever get it. So they're gonna continue as home. Instead, flights every day day got planes coming and going, we love this crap. They're violating the judge's order. And let me tell you something, you know what judges really love? Especially when they're still determining the legality of your actions, they absolutely love it when you go out there on public television and tell people you are gonna defy his orders like that is totally gonna sit well with the judge.
