Republican Senator John Kennedy from Louisiana appeared on Fox News Sunday morning where he was asked about Donald Trump’s tanking poll numbers, specifically regarding his handling of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. After being told that the public has lost faith in Trump to handle the situation Kennedy said, without missing a beat, that this was all Joe Biden’s fault. On Sunday morning, Republican senator John Kennedy from Louisiana decided to go on Fox News, along with host Shannon Bream, where Shannon of course had to ask him like, Hey, um, Trump's poll numbers are in the toilet. All of the polls last week, including those heard at Fox News Show that, you know, things are really bad for him. But then Bri got a little more specific, right? She didn't want to talk about how he's underwater on every issue, including immigration. No, she just wanted to talk about Russia, Ukraine. So Bri asks John Kennedy why he thinks the approval rating's low. Here's what she said. There are brand new polling numbers that we've got out today, even worse than the ones a couple days ago, that the American public people do not think President Trump is handling this well. The Russia ucle, uh, Ukraine War, his job approval on handling Russia and Ukraine is at 36 and 39% respectively.

That's really bad, right? Especially for a guy who said, I will end this in one day before I'm even sworn in. I'll have it ended in one day. So without missing a beat, Senator Ka crackhead Kennedy immediately blame this all on Biden, right? Donald Trump's poll numbers are bad because of Biden, right? Because everything is always a Democrat's fault in Republican world. It's not because Donald Trump has been in office for almost a hundred days now and that he's completely botched the situation. He has, uh, played Donald Trump is the better word to use there other than jacked around. Um,

He's played Donald Trump. He has taken advantage of him. And Kennedy, let me ask you this though, bud, 'cause he kinda left this off. How has Trump responded? Hmm. He's given Putin everything he wants. He shut Zelensky out of negotiations for a peace plan. And Donald Trump's hard line against Putin was coming out on true social a couple of days ago saying, Vladimir, stop. You know, basically the Chris Crocker like leave Brittany alone thing. Like, that's Trump's response. Trump is getting played because he's a coward, because Putin knows how to get into Donald Trump's head and get everything he wants from him.
