Members of the far right have just been given permission by Donald Trump’s US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Jeanine Pirro, to commit certain felonies in DC without fear of being prosecuted. Pirro announced that they were no longer going to prosecute people who violated DC’s laws against carrying unpermitted firearms in the city, putting citizens and law enforcement at risk. The irony, of course, is that they claim crime is out of control and their response is to allow MORE crime to take place without fear of prosecution, as Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains.

We have had to listen to Donald Trump for two weeks now, tell us that crime in Washington DC is out of control. Although he does claim now, as of, you know, a couple days ago that it's under control, it's now like the safest city in the world, but there's still a lot of work to be done. He tells us, and one of the things his administration has done via US attorney for District of Columbia, Janine Pirro, is they've decided they're just not going to arrest people for certain crimes anymore. So instead of actually tackling crime, they've decided, you know what, we're gonna give some people a free pass, and if they get busted committing this felony, we're not gonna arrest or prosecute them for it. And the felony, of course, is one that is kind of typical for right wingers to commit because it involves carrying rifles, shotguns, or semi-automatic weapons without a permit on the streets of Washington dc.

So violent, angry, ill tempered, possibly mentally disturbed. Right wingers will no longer face any criminal charges. If they grab an AR 15 and start walking down the streets of Washington DC they will not prosecute you. According to us attorney former Fox News host, Janine Pirro, more on this in just a minute.
