Trump Voters Go BALLISTIC After Trump Pulls Millions In Funds From Their City

The city of St. George in Utah voted overwhelmingly for Donald Trump in the last election, and now they are finding out that loyalty to Trump is a one-way street. The city had been promised tens of millions of dollars from President Biden’s Build Back Better legislation to relieve traffic congestion that has plagued the city for years, but Trump decided that he didn’t want to spend the money so the whole thing has been yanked away. The Democrat that these people voted against tried to help them, only for them to be betrayed by the man they replaced him with. Irony is bittersweet sometimes, as Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains.

In another installment of, I never thought Leopards would eat my face. The city of St. George, Utah had been awarded an $87.6 million grant so that they could repair and improve a two mile stretch of highway. That was the source of nonstop traffic jams. And St. George, for those who may not know, if you're going into Utah, you know, basically going from like Vegas up to Utah, St. George is the first city you enter, and it's gorgeous if you've never been there. Absolutely phenomenal city. But traffic congestion is a very real problem. People can be stuck for, you know, up to an hour or more on any given day with no rhyme or reason. And so the city had been given this, you know, $87 million grant from the federal government during the Biden administration.

And the city of St. George still voted overwhelmingly for Donald Trump in the 2024 election. 75% of the population of St. George voted for Trump. They thought, this guy's gonna do so much better for us than Biden ever would. So let's get him in office. And they did. And wouldn't, you know it, those same MAGA voters who voted for Trump last year are now furious because this administration decided to take away their $87 million to improve those traffic conditions that have plagued them for years. Oops. Looks, looks like you guys got exactly what you voted for, not, sorry. And honestly, I don't care. Like I really at this point for people like this, I don't F-ing care. You deserve this. I hope traffic gets worse. I hope every one of you all 75% that voted for Trump, I hope you're late for work every day because of the traffic. I hope that happens. I genuinely want that to happen to you. Here's why you had a good thing going. You got $87 million from the guy you voted against, right? Joe Biden's horrible. We hate him. Uh, let's go Brandon, right? Uh, although it's Utah, I don't know that they would even say, let's go Brandon, but he gave you $87 million. It was part of the build back better the grant program with that, the legislation that your own representatives voted against.

So you voted against it, but you still got it. Then you voted against it again, got the guy you want, the party you want, and they immediately yank it away from you. So you get what you deserve. And I have not a shred of sympathy for you. I have joy. I like this. I'm glad

This is happening to you. Maybe I'm petty, but you know what? I'm allowed to be like this. Conservatives are like it, right? And we learn from Gavin Newsom this week. If you wanna get under their skin, you gotta act like them every now and then. Folks, this is not a time to be nice and I don't care. You can tell me like, well, Faron, you know, you might be able to win these people over. This is not how you do it. You can win these people over. Some of them, sure. But people like this who literally get good things from a person they hate, and then vote that person out so they can vote in a authoritarian dictator who then takes away all their stuff. You deserve that. You were warned it would happen. They even told you it was gonna happen, but you did it anyway.
