After his claims of voter fraud during the 2020 presidential election, many Republican lawmakers are making strides to change voting legislation that will restrict access to vote by mail and submit absentee ballots. Citing skepticism around COVID-19 vaccines, Hill said the former President should have told the truth about him getting his dose months ago. Reed called the attacks on Asians in the United States "sick." Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Trump often referred to coronavirus as "Kung Flu" and the "China Virus." On Tuesday, a 21-year-old man shot and killed eight people at three massage parlors in Atlanta. Most of the victims were women of Asian descent.
