6:51Now PlayingMaking the Case's Yodit Tewolde speaks to BNC Legal Contributor Paul Henderson on race and policing.
In the past week, people learned about the shooting death of an unarmed Black man, Daunte Wright, by a white police officer, who claimed she accidentally used her gun instead of her taser. As well as new details of the death of 13-year-old Adam Toledo in Chicago, who was unarmed when an officer shot and killed him.
Henderson says these and similar incidents are "draining" and that he's heartbroken about the state of the country.
"You don't get to argue with me as to whether or not there are race disparities in policing," Henderson says.
