Mitchell, a high school basketball coach, says that going to the trial was like going to a funeral.
"Every time you walked into the courtroom, each day felt like a dark cloud. You're watching the video of somebody dying, George Floyd," Mitchell says.
Mitchell also says that he noticed Chauvin's demeanor changed during the trial, but Chauvin never looked remorseful.
