Celina Okpaleke and her daughters Chi-Chi and Chinelo joined "Start Your Day" with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill to talk about their family. Chi Chi said she did not expect the picture to blow up when she posted it on LinkedIn. "I was blown away, honestly," she said. "Everyone was drawn to this Black excellence they aren't used to seeing." Celina, the matriarch of the family, said she is proud of her children and their accomplishments. Citing that only 5% of doctors in America are Black, Chi Chi said she posted the photo to shine a light on Black doctors and encourage Black children interested in medicine.
