NCAA President Mark Emmert told the New York Times that he would recommend colleges approve it, but what does that really mean? Washington Post Columnist and two-time New York Times best-selling author John Feinstein joined "Start Your Day" with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill to discuss legislation on the issue. Feinstein said the NCAA president has resisted allowing athletes to get paid for years and added he's only doing it because individual states are passing legislation. He also said the opportunity will be limited to just a few athletes who play specific sports.
