"I do think there are legitimate arguments about reservations for qualified immunity, but I don't know why you'd broadcast them if you are in the huddle calling plays," Harriot tells Tewolde.
Biden has called for the Senate to pass the police reform legislation by May 25, the anniversary of George Floyd's death.
