Taxes are due Monday and some people have not started the process and Poulos said people should determine if they will ask for an extension or file. If taxes from 2017 are not filed by Monday, the government will keep the money from the returns. While some say the process is too time-consuming or stressful, others say they want to take time to do it right or they won't rush the process.
