5:27Now PlayingCharles Blow talks to Florida A&M University President Dr. Larry Robinson about the funding Historically Black Colleges and Universities received in wake of last year’s racial protests.
MacKenzie Scott, Michael Bloomberg and Reed Hastings have donated over $1 billion to HBCUs. Despite the recent fundraising, there’s still a sizeable financial gap between HBCUs and Predominately White Institutions.
