10:46Now PlayingYodit Tewolde opens up “Making the Case,” talking to BNC legal contributor Paul Henderson about Derek Chauvin’s legal team asking for probation for the former Minneapolis cop for murdering George Floyd.
Defense attorney Eric Nelson argued that Derek Chauvin acted in good faith.

Henderson and Tewolde also discuss Minneapolis officials removing memorials and barricades from the site where George Floyd was murdered to open the intersection back up.
