However, the bad news is the racial disparity that exists. Black people are still twice as likely, compared to their white counterparts, to get arrested for using pot in the state. According to the Colorado Division of Criminal Justice, police have arrested 76 white people per 100,000. When it came to Black people, police have arrested 160 per 100,000.
