Lalibela is home to historic churches that are part of a United Nations World Heritage Site, and is a sacred site for millions of Ethiopian Orthodox Christians.
Also, former South African President Jacob Zuma has been hospitalized for medical observation. He is currently in prison serving a 15-month sentence for disobeying a constitutional court order to give evidence at an inquiry investigating high-level corruption during his time in office.
According to authorities in South Africa, a routine observation at the prison led to them to taking Zuma to an outside hospital for further medical examination by the South African Military Health Service.
