“3 Friends TALK” is a weekly podcast devoted to informing and entertaining the African American community on health topics. The ladies share on “Start Your Day” that they were already friends after going through college and pharmacy school together, and one day they started recording and never stopped. “We’re all about authentic conversations about health, friends and fun. From spiritual health, physical health, mental health, all the ways we can stay healthy,” says Dr. Perry. “We try to have those important conversations and also make doctors more accessible.” The ladies say what they enjoy most is “we can just be who we are,” highlighting their charismatic and down-to-Earth but different personalities each episode.
