Clark says that the racketeering charge is “complicated” but that the lead prosecutor in the case, assistant U.S. attorney Elizabeth Geddes, presented a case to the jurors to show that the singer was guilty of each charge.
“This was a prosecutor who was determined to win a conviction, and so far, she has done that,” Clark says.
