10:29Now PlayingIn June, Christopher Shaw was left paralyzed after being beaten and arrested by police in Beaumont, Texas for public intoxication.
According to medical records obtained after his release, he suffered multiple injuries to his spinal cord prior to being booked in jail. The body cam footage from the incident hasn't been made public, as it’s been more than three months since the incident.
Shaw’s attorney, Chance Lynch joins Yodit Tewolde on “Making the Case” to discuss the fight for justice for his client.
