“More Black sneaker designers could use an opportunity and financial support in order to get the products and resources they would need to develop an amazing shoe,” the owner of the Young & Doin’ It marketing firm said.
He reveals sneaker companies do employ many African Americans, many of whom hold executive roles.
Young also speaks about the business of reselling and gives advice to those within the industry about the value of sneakers.
