Attorney Andrew Lieb and former collegiate athlete Shari’ Nycole join Whitlow to discuss the controversial bill, which Lieb calls discriminatory. He went on to say the rule will not be upheld, considering there have been four cases shot down in other states on the same topic. Nycole chimed in and says though she has a lot of love and support for the LGBTQ+ community, she would’ve been concerned competing against a transgender woman for reasons including the disadvantages she would’ve faced as an athlete.
