2:04Now PlayingVirginia is less than 24 hours away from the official election day between former governor and Democratic candidate Terry McAuliffe and newcomer Republic challenger Glenn Youngkin. BNC correspondent Rarione Maniece says recent polls have McAuliffe in the lead by a very slim margin, with the two candidates pretty much tied last week. The candidates campaigned hard throughout the state over the weekend, hoping to garner last minute support ahead of the election. Republicans are coming in especially hard, as the last two governors were Democrats and President Joe Biden easily won the state in the 2020 presidential election.
