4:58Now PlayingIn the jury trial for the murder of Ahmaud Arbery, one of the defense attorneys is concerned about the noticeable absence of white males over the age of 40 without a college degree. Defense attorney Kevin Gough said the lack of that particular demographic could work against the defendants, which are three white males. The judge in the case asked Gough to file a motion to determine whether Gough has a valid point. On Feb. 23, 2020, Arbery, 25, was killed while jogging by Travis McMichael and his father Gregory, who were armed and driving a pickup truck near Brunswick in Glynn County. The third person who filmed the incident, William “Roddie” Bryan, followed Arbery in a second vehicle. Arbery was stopped, confronted and fatally shot by Travis.
